High Temp (180 Degrees) Brushable
HTA is a HIGH TEMP (180oC) polychloroprene adhesive in flammable solvents. The combination of fast drying, long tack life and excellent hot strength make it an ideal choice for automotive trim bonding.
HTA forms strong, permanent contact bonds with excellent heat resistance between the following materials - rigid PVC sheet, polyurethane foams of the polyester and polyether types, good quality supported PVC leather cloth, leather, polyester glass fibre, rubber sheet and extrusions, painted or unpainted metal. Rigid laminated plastics, such as Formica, Ware rite, Melamine, etc may also be fixed with this adhesive.

Method of use
1. Ensure that the materials to be bonded are dry, clean and free from loose materials, grease and oil.
2. Stir before use. Apply an even coating of adhesive to both surfaces using a roller coating machine or by means of a brush.
3. Allow adhesive to dry until the coated surfaces can be lightly touched with the knuckle without evidence of adhesive transfer. (At least 7 minutes, but no longer than 20 minutes).
4. Consolidate the bond under maximum even pressure.
